Every Winger Macaron is handmade from shell to filling - because perfection doesn’t come out of a machine.
I craft my own creams, jellies, and jams to ensure every bite is bursting with flavour and care.
Well… almost everything. Let’s be honest - sometimes, only Nutella will do.

Alongside my signature flavours, I love creating new and unique combinations inspired by the seasons.
Whenever possible, I incorporate seasonal fruits and herbs, adding a fresh and natural touch to each macaron.
I'm inspired by current trends, festive occasions, and global flavours - always exploring new ingredients and ideas from around the world.
