1. You can book in privat message only. Please ensure to book in for the date you'd like to collect your order, not the date you need the products for. It may not be possible for the date be changed.

2. All personalised orders will require full payment upon booking.

3. Payment can be made through PayPal or Bank transfer. Also you can payed with cash upon collection. Please try to pay with the exact amount, I cannot garantee the change.

4. Cancellation of your personalised order within 48 hours of the collection date, will not refunded. Any other Base or Luxe Box order can be cancelled 48 hours before the collection date with full refund.

5. In the event that Winger Macarons is unable to fulfill your order due to sickness or other unforseen circumstances, your money will be refunded within 7 days.

6. All products produced by Winger Macarons is handmade and therefore varients in size, colour or design is possible and unavoidable.

7. Please stipulate any food allergies or food intolerances at the point of placing your order, please note that there may be instances where Winger Macarons will not be able to accept an order due to the dietary needs.
