I never set out to become a macaron artist.

In fact, I never thought I’d build a business around something as delicate – and as demanding – as the macaron.
But as it often happens, the most beautiful journeys begin unexpectedly.

 

It all started at home, with my daughter’s innocent love for these elegant little sweets. Her curiosity became mine, and soon I found myself immersed in the art of macaron making – obsessively studying techniques, reading everything I could, and absorbing knowledge from pastry masters across the world.

 

What followed was a long process of experimentation, refinement, and discovery. Over time, I developed a style that felt entirely my own – where flavour, texture, and design come together in perfect harmony.

French Patisserie, but also the heart of a journey that began in my kitchen and grew into a quiet pursuit of excellence
